Maru Campos inaugurates Ciudad Judicial in Hidalgo del Parral

Chihuahua Governor Maru Campos has inaugurated the new Ciudad Judicial in Hidalgo del Parral, a project representing an investment of 57 million pesos. The facility is designed to strengthen the administration of justice in the southern region of the state.

The new building will house Civil and Family courts, as well as the Supervised Family Coexistence Center (CECOFAM), which provides specialized attention to families involved in judicial processes. This makes Parral only the third municipality in the state to host this specific service.

During the ceremony, Governor Campos emphasized the importance of judicial autonomy and the separation of powers, stating that a solid rule of law requires independent institutions. Marcela Herrera, President of the State Superior Court of Justice, noted that the inauguration marks the beginning of a process to improve judicial service standards in the region.
