Marugame Seimen expands permanent menu with new udon options

Marugame Seimen is expanding its permanent menu for the first time in approximately four years. Starting October 6, the company will add four new items to its regular lineup.

A key addition is the ‘Spicy Pork Tsukeru Udon,’ which has already surpassed 1 million servings in a single month during its recent limited-time run. This specific menu offers a unique pricing structure where customers can choose between 1, 1.5, 2, 2.5, or 3 servings of udon for a flat price of 990 yen.

Other permanent additions include the ‘Mentai Cream Udon (Hot),’ which returns after a successful run in March, and the ‘Meat and Burdock Udon’ and ‘Meat and Burdock Bukkake Udon,’ which were previously only available in certain regions and are now being rolled out nationwide. Additionally, a new ‘Easy Udon Bento’ for takeout will be introduced, allowing customers to customize their meals with various toppings and condiments.
