Marugame Seimen to launch udon making workshop in Kai Tak

Marugame Seimen is launching a “Little Artisan Noodle Workshop” in Hong Kong this September. Located at the Kai Tak Retail Mall, the immersive program allows children and parents to experience the traditional process of making Sanuki udon.

Participants will learn techniques such as kneading, pressing, and cutting dough under professional guidance. Upon completion, children receive an official “Marugame Noodle Artisan” certificate, a specialized uniform, and a meal featuring the noodles they prepared. The first public session is scheduled for September 19.
