Maruhachi Kamaboko to open long-term pop-up at Daimaru Kobe

Maruhachi Kamaboko, a long-established manufacturer of traditional kamaboko (fish cake) products, will open a long-term pop-up shop at the Daimaru Kobe department store starting August 26. The shop will be located on the first floor of the food section.

The pop-up will feature a variety of traditional products, including the popular ‘Ebi Shiso Renkon Ten’ made with domestic hamo (conger eel), ‘Ika Ten’ featuring squid, and ‘Tako Chigiri Ten’. Other offerings include fish croquettes made with hamo and Awaji onions.
