Marvel and WEBTOON Unveil Three New Original Series

At the San Diego Comic‑Con "Next Big Thing" panel, Marvel Comics and the digital platform WEBTOON announced three new Marvel‑licensed original series designed for the vertical‑scroll format used on the service.

The titles are: • Tony’s Girl – an enemies‑to‑lovers romance featuring a 17‑year‑old Tony Stark forced to take etiquette classes, and Meredith McCall, daughter of a Stark rival. • That Time Deadpool Fell Into WEBTOON… and Found The Longest Title of All Time!!! – a Deadpool isekai story that transports the mercenary into an alternate WEBTOON dimension filled with genre‑mixing adventures. • X‑Men Korea – follows a Korean teenager who discovers mutant powers and enrolls at the Hoseok Academy for the Gifted to learn to channel his abilities.

The three titles join the eight existing Marvel series already on WEBTOON, the most popular of which is The Amazing Spider‑Man (2022) with over two million views. Release dates for the new series have not been disclosed.
