Marvel announces Black Panther/Namor: Doomed limited series

Marvel is expanding its 2026 crossover event, 'Avengers: Armageddon', with a new five-issue limited series titled 'Black Panther/Namor: Doomed'. The upcoming series explores the roles of T'Challa and Namor within the larger conflict involving the Avengers, the Fantastic Four, and the Red Hulk.

The storyline follows the two monarchs as they are drawn into Hell, where they encounter the restless spirit of Doctor Doom. Written by Ethan S. Parker and Griffin Sheridan, with art by Stefano Nesi, the series aims to leverage the long-standing rivalries and complex dynamics between these three powerful rulers.

While the series is directly tied to the broader narrative of 'Avengers: Armageddon', the creators emphasized that the project is intended to function as a cohesive character drama that can stand on its own.
