Marvel Announces New Spider-Woman Ongoing Series

Marvel is launching a new ongoing Spider‑Woman comic series in November. Writer Dan Watters and artist Andrea Broccardo will continue the story of Jessica Drew that began in the September 50th‑anniversary special. The series returns the character to her roots as a private investigator, pairing her with journalist Ben Urich to probe dangerous crimes and conspiracies in New York City.

The narrative is described as a noir‑tinged mystery with horror elements, featuring the villain Carnage and a darker tone than previous titles. The first issue, Spider‑Woman #1, is scheduled for release on November 4, following the anniversary special on September 2.
