Marvel Comics announces Hulk War: Infernal Rage miniseries

Marvel Comics has announced ‘Hulk War: Infernal Rage’, a five-issue miniseries scheduled for release in February 2027. Revealed during the New York Comic Con, the event serves as the conclusion to the ‘Infernal Saga’ initiated by writer Phillip Kennedy Johnson and artist Nic Klein in 2023.

The storyline follows the Hulk, who has been corrupted by an ancient evil entity known as the Eldest, transforming him into the monstrous ‘Infernal Hulk’. In this state, he seeks to convert the Marvel Universe into his own realm by corrupting other superheroes into a group known as the ‘Infernal Avengers’.

To combat this threat, remaining free heroes must search for a weapon capable of stopping him. The event is connected to a series of special issues titled ‘Infernal Hulk Vs.’, which detail the villain's confrontations with various characters and the formation of his corrupted team.
