Marvel enlists Amit Cohen and Ron Leshem for Zodiac spy series

Marvel Television has appointed Amit Cohen and Ron Leshem as writers for its upcoming series, Zodiac. The project is described as a dark, gritty British spy thriller that will follow a pair of spies pursuing targets with special abilities.

Leshem and Cohen are known for creating the original Israeli series Euphoria and other productions such as 8200 and Traitor. While the series is being developed as a British thriller, Marvel is currently casting for three original British leads—two male and one female—who are not expected to have comic book counterparts.

Production for the series is expected to begin in 2027, with a projected premiere in 2028. Although the series logo contains elements reminiscent of the Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. insignia, details regarding connections to previous Marvel television characters remain unconfirmed.
