Marvel Rivals rolls out Season 8.5 summer festival and Twitch drops

Marvel Rivals has launched Season 8.5, introducing a summer festival that adds new swimsuit skins, a beach‑themed social hub at Hellfire Bay, and a series of limited‑time events. Players can earn free units, costumes such as Mister Fantastic – Fantastic Beach Bod, and other rewards by completing missions, drinking Cyclops' X‑Press Juice, participating in Tandem Tides co‑op challenges, and taking in‑game snapshots.

A concurrent Twitch drops campaign runs from 12 June to 10 July 2026, rewarding viewers who watch participating streams for a total of 240 minutes with four Storm “Will of Galacta” items: a spray, nameplate, emote and costume. The drops require linking a Marvel Rivals account to Twitch and can be claimed from the in‑game inbox within 30 days.
