Marvel Studios announces Avengers: Doomsday and Madame Web releases

Marvel Studios revealed details of its upcoming Avengers 5 installment, titled *Avengers: Doomsday*, at the San Diego Comic‑Con. The studio showcased the costumes of the “Sorcières de Latvérie,” a magical guard for Doctor Doom, in three distinct colors that sparked speculation about the return of characters such as Wanda Maximoff, Sylvie (Loki variant) and Agatha Harkness.

In a separate announcement, Marvel and Sony confirmed the film *Madame Web*, starring Dakota Johnson as the titular character, Sydney Sweeney as Julia Carpenter/Spider‑Woman, and Tahar Rahim as the main antagonist. The movie, directed by S. J. Clarkson, premiered in February 2024 and is scheduled for broadcast on TF1 in France on 2 August 2026.
