Marvel Studios' X-Men reboot reveals cast and character details

Details continue to emerge regarding Marvel Studios’ upcoming X-Men reboot, scheduled for release on May 5, 2028, under the direction of Jake Schreier. The film features an ensemble cast including Sadie Sink as Jean Grey, Kit Connor as Cyclops, Christopher Abbott as Professor X, Samara Weaving as Emma Frost, Maya Boyd as Storm, and Adam Driver as Mr. Sinister. Asa Germann has also reportedly joined the cast as Angel.

Actress Inde Navarrette, who will portray Rogue, shared that she intends to draw on her upbringing in Corpus Christi, Texas, and plans to visit Mississippi to refine the character’s signature Southern accent. Additionally, reports suggest that the character Beast may feature a more human-like appearance with exaggerated hands and feet, rather than the traditional blue fur, to align with original comic book depictions.

Rumors also suggest that Adam Driver’s character, Mr. Sinister, may have a significant presence across multiple future MCU projects beyond this initial film.
