Marvel Studios Confirms Development of New Deadpool Film

Actor Ryan Reynolds told fans at Fanatics Fest that Marvel Studios is working on another Deadpool movie. He said the project is in very early development and that no writer or director has been attached yet. Reynolds also mentioned comic storylines by co‑creator Fabian Nicieza and writer Gerry Duggan that he hopes to see adapted.

While Marvel has not issued an official announcement, Reynolds' comments have been corroborated by sources close to the studio, confirming that a new solo Deadpool film is planned for the future.
