Marvel Studios advances casting for X-Men reboot

Marvel Studios is reportedly finalizing casting for its upcoming X-Men reboot within the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Kit Connor is in active talks to portray Scott Summers, also known as Cyclops. Sadie Sink has already been confirmed for the role of Jean Grey, following her appearance in Spider-Man: Brand New Day.

Following reports that Asa Germann, known for his role in Gen V, auditioned for the role of Cyclops, rumors suggest he is now being considered for the character Warren Worthington III, known as Angel. The role would offer the actor the opportunity to portray the character's evolution into Archangel.

The project is expected to be directed by Jake Schreier. While various casting details have circulated, Marvel has not yet issued an official public confirmation regarding the full lineup.
