Marvel Studios highlights essential films for ‘Avengers: Doomsday’

Marvel Studios has released a list of essential films to watch ahead of the 2026 release of ‘Avengers: Doomsday’. One key recommendation is ‘Captain America: The First Avenger’, which introduces Steve Rogers and his transformation into a super-soldier during World War II.

The film is considered vital context for ‘Doomsday’ due to the character history of Steve Rogers and his relationship with Peggy Carter, elements that were central to the narrative of ‘Avengers: Endgame’.
