Marvel Studios is reportedly moving forward with casting for its upcoming X-Men reboot. According to industry insiders, the studio is currently seeking an actor to portray Iceman (Bobby Drake), a move that may suggest the film is aiming to assemble the original X-Men lineup.

Additionally, actress Elle Fanning is rumored to be in talks to play the character Mystique. While neither Marvel Studios nor Fanning has officially confirmed these reports, the potential casting follows previous speculation linking other high-profile actors to the role.

The project is set to be directed by Jake Schreier. Other rumored or reported cast members include Sadie Sink as Jean Grey, Kit Connor as Cyclops, and Christopher Abbott as Charles Xavier.
