Marvel Studios to end Daredevil: Born Again with Season 3

Marvel Studios has announced that the Disney+ series ‘Daredevil: Born Again’ will conclude with its third season. The final season is expected to premiere in 2027. This decision mirrors the fate of the original Netflix ‘Daredevil’ series, which also ended after three seasons.

Reports indicate that showrunner Dario Scardapane will not return for the final season, having exited during the post-production phase. This departure has left the production without a clear leader to oversee the completion of the series. Actor Vincent D’Onofrio, who plays Wilson Fisk, expressed his affection for the character and confirmed that the final season will feature ‘some very cool stuff.’

While the series is ending, Marvel is reportedly developing several other live-action projects, including a spy thriller titled ‘Zodiac.’ Additionally, fans have launched campaigns to ensure the character of Matt Murdock, played by Charlie Cox, remains a presence within the Marvel Cinematic Universe through other media or film appearances.
