Avengers: Doomsday trailer set for debut at San Diego Comic‑Con Hall H
Marvel Studios has confirmed its return to Hall H at the 2026 San Diego Comic‑Con, ending a two‑year hiatus and promising the first public trailer for the upcoming film Avengers: Doomsday. The announcement follows a large‑scale promotional showcase at the Shanghai Expo, where Marvel displayed a Doctor Doom throne and a synopsis featuring an eleven‑hero lineup: Steve Rogers, Shuri, Thor, Loki, Ant‑Man, Sam Wilson, Falcon, Shang‑Chi, Bucky Barnes, Yelena Belova and Red Guardian. The Shanghai event also introduced the film’s starring cast, including Robert Downey Jr. as Doctor Doom and Chris Evans reprising Steve Rogers, with further appearances by Chris Hemsworth, Letitia Wright and others. Marvel’s marketing rollout has involved a “wave one” presence at the BilibiliWorld booth in Shanghai and hints that the official Hall H panel on July 25 will debut the first trailer, building on teaser clips already shown at CinemaCon. Avengers: Doomsday is scheduled for worldwide release on December 18, 2026, and the Hall H slot will also feature panels on the new Wolverine video game, the X‑Men ’97 series and other MCU projects.
