Njoku noted that these insecurities can lead to marital friction, where disagreements are often unfairly attributed to the woman’s higher income. She argued that the issue stems from a man’s personal insecurity regarding his partner’s achievements rather than the woman’s behavior, suggesting that partners should celebrate each other's success rather than treating it as a competition.
