Maryland man arrested for stalking and peeping in Virginia

Landon Anthony Taylor, a 42-year-old man from Maryland, was arrested in Rockville on charges of stalking and peeping. The arrest follows reports that Taylor peered through a woman’s bedroom window in the Franconia area of Fairfax County, Virginia, on two consecutive nights, August 6 and August 7.

Fairfax County Police responded to the 5900 block of Coverdale Way on the night of August 7 after the victim reported the incident. Although the suspect fled before officers arrived, investigators used surveillance footage and other evidence to identify Taylor.

On August 14, Fairfax County Police coordinated with the Warrant Squad, Metro Transit Police, and Montgomery County Police to locate and apprehend Taylor. He was transported to the Montgomery County Correctional Facility and served with two counts of peeping and one count of stalking.
