At a promotional event in Tokyo for the film "Ano Hoshi ga Furu Oka de, Kimi to Mata Deaitai." (I Want to Meet You Again on That Starry Hill), singer-songwriter Masaharu Fukuyama made a surprise appearance. The film is the sequel to the hit 2023 movie "Ano Hana ga Saku Oka de, Kimi to Deaetara." and follows a story of romance and themes of war.

He expressed his commitment to bridging social issues and entertainment, calling the project a "major task" he felt compelled to undertake.
