MASAK report reveals 51 million TL in transactions for UltraAslan leader and son

A financial profile analysis by MASAK has revealed significant banking activity involving Muzaffer Şirin, identified as an UltraAslan leader, and his son, İbrahim Şamil Şirin. The report details a combined transaction volume of approximately 51 million TL between the two individuals.

İbrahim Şamil Şirin, 26, recorded a total banking transaction volume of 38,440,538 TL between July 2017 and August 2026. His annual transaction volume showed a notable increase, rising from 2 million TL in 2022 to over 11 million TL in 2024. The report also highlighted transactions conducted through electronic money and payment institutions.

Muzaffer Şirin’s accounts showed a total transaction volume of 12,558,302 TL from 2011 to 2026. His annual activity saw a major spike in 2023, jumping from approximately 58,000 TL in 2022 to 6,883,000 TL. A significant portion of his funds, totaling 4,350,000 TL across six transactions, was transferred from Diamond Gayrimenkul İnşaat Sanayi ve Ticaret Limited Şirketi. Additionally, the analysis noted assets registered to Muzaffer Şirin, including a 2023 Peugeot 3008 and real estate in Istanbul and Balıkesir.
