Masaki Aiba stars in ‘4 Out’ baseball film

New promotional visuals and theme song details have been released for the upcoming film ‘4 Out — Play Ball Once More —’, starring Masaki Aiba. The film, scheduled for nationwide release on November 6, is based on the non-fiction novel by Jo Hirayama regarding the true story of the founding of the ‘Tokyo Blue Sanders’, Tokyo’s first baseball team for people with physical disabilities.

Promotional character visuals have been unveiled in a style reminiscent of professional baseball trading cards, featuring 17 characters including Aiba’s character, manager Yuichi Yagami, and team manager Asuka Takahashi, played by Yuina Kuroshima.

Additionally, the musical group GRe4N BOYZ has released the film’s theme song, ‘Green boys’, on major digital streaming platforms. Originally released in 2011 as part of a disaster recovery support project, the song has been newly arranged and recorded specifically for the film.
