Masaki Aiba’s radio program ‘Recomen! Remix’ to end its 25-year run

The long-running radio program ‘Masaki Aiba’s Recomen! Remix’ on Culture Broadcasting is scheduled to conclude its current run at the end of September 2026. The program, which began in October 2001, has spanned 25 years and surpassed 1,300 broadcasts.

Throughout its history, the show has served as a significant connection point for fans, particularly those who followed the group Arashi. Masaki Aiba frequently used the platform to share anecdotes about his fellow members, maintaining a sense of continuity even as members pursued independent paths.

Aiba has described the conclusion as a temporary pause, using the term ‘once’ to suggest a potential return to radio in the future. The program will be succeeded by a new show titled ‘Recomen! ROAD TO ACEes!!!!!’, featuring the junior group ACEes.
