Masami Nagasawa stars in new film ‘Kono Go ni Oyonde Ai Nado’

The trailer and official poster for the film ‘Kono Go ni Oyonde Ai Nado’ (Love and Such by the Time We Get There) have been released. Directed by Nanako Hirose, the film is a Japan-Taiwan co-production that explores unconventional family structures.

The story follows Uta (played by Masami Nagasawa), a self-centered but endearing picture book author who proposes a radical living arrangement: having a child with both her husband, Morio (played by Tasuku Emoto), and her lover, Junna (played by Shizuka Ishibashi). The narrative examines how the three individuals navigate their relationships and search for their true selves while attempting to form a new kind of family.

Additional cast members announced include Shunsuke Kazama, Motoki Ochiai, Kemuri Matsui (of Reiwa Roman), Noserin, Reihi Onishi, Kiyohiko Shibukawa, and Reiko Kataoka. The film is scheduled for release on November 27.
