Maserati launches limited GranTurismo Trofeo Launch Edition in Japan

Maserati Japan has released the GranTurismo Trofeo Launch Edition, a special edition model celebrating the introduction of the updated GranTurismo to the Japanese market. Only two units are available for sale in Japan, priced at 30.99 million yen each.

Based on the improved GranTurismo Trofeo, the vehicle features a 3.0-liter V6 twin-turbo ‘Nettuno’ engine utilizing F1-derived pre-chamber combustion technology. This engine produces 590 PS, a 40 PS increase over previous models.

The exterior is finished in a special ‘Bianco Pastello’ solid white from the Fuoriserie customization program. Aerodynamic enhancements include a carbon fiber front air splitter and a rear spoiler. The car sits on glossy black 20-inch front and 21-inch rear ‘Trident’ forged wheels, with the tread width expanded by 10mm to improve stability and cornering.

The interior features red full-grain perforated leather with Trident-stitched headrests. Other notable equipment includes red anodized brake calipers, dark-finish full LED adaptive matrix headlights, and privacy glass.
