Maserati rolls out updated 2027 Grecale SUV with new base trim and sub‑$80k entry price

Porsche has halted production of the gasoline‑powered Macan, prompting Maserati to expand its compact crossover lineup. For 2027 the Grecale receives a new base model priced just under $80,000, joining the Modena and Trofeo trims. All versions are equipped with the brand’s Nettuno twin‑turbo V6, delivering 385 hp in the standard setup and up to 523 hp in the Trofeo. The update adds sharper front‑and‑rear styling, a revised steering wheel, a push‑button gear selector, a digital dash clock, optional air‑spring suspension, new 20‑ and 21‑inch wheel designs, plus driver‑attention monitoring and parking‑assist features.
