Maslow Capital provides €62.7 million for luxury housing in Dénia

Maslow Capital has provided 62.7 million euros in financing to Propea La Sella, a developer partially owned by the Valencian group Blauverd. The funds are designated for land acquisition and the construction of a new residential development in Dénia, Spain.

The project will be located within the Denia Marriott La Sella Golf Resort & Spa complex. It consists of 131 single-family homes with an approximate total buildable area of 22,800 square meters. Each home will average 174 square meters and include features such as terraces, solariums, private gardens, and parking spaces. The development will also offer communal amenities including swimming pools, gyms, and landscaped gardens.

Construction is scheduled to begin in October 2026. The financing structure is intended to cover the full development cycle, reducing reliance on pre-sales to initiate works.
