Masoud Pezeshkian announces increase in subsidy coupons for retirees

Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian announced during a meeting with retirees at the Ministry of Cooperatives, Labour, and Social Welfare that the amount allocated for subsidy coupons will definitely increase.

Addressing the demands of various retiree associations, Pezeshkian committed to holding specialized sessions to address issues regarding livelihoods, insurance, legislation, arrears, medication, and health. He stated that his goal is to manage these demands systematically and provide solutions to reduce the concerns of retirees.

During the meeting, the President also commented on geopolitical tensions, accusing the United States and the Zionist regime of using technology to target innocent people and attempting to create social collapse and internal division within Iran through economic restrictions and bullying.
