Masoud Pezeshkian praises public cooperation with gasoline plan

President Masoud Pezeshkian expressed gratitude to the public, drivers, gas station operators, and executive agencies for their cooperation during the implementation of the gasoline plan. During a cabinet meeting, he emphasized the necessity of continued synergy between government bodies and the citizenry to ensure the successful execution of public policies.

Pezeshkian stressed the importance of protecting vulnerable social groups from economic pressure and urged officials to maintain transparent communication with the public. He called for leaders to listen to citizens' grievances with responsibility and to address their concerns effectively.

Additionally, the President reiterated support for the ‘one day a week without cars’ initiative, stating that the practice should begin within government offices and state-owned companies to encourage broader social participation. The meeting also included a report from the government secretariat analyzing the performance of the fourteenth administration over the past two years.
