Massa-Carrara implements public transport reorganization

The Gruppo Tecnico Territoriale (GTT) has approved definitive changes to the local public transport system in the province of Massa-Carrara, effective September 15. The reorganization follows the resolution of previous labor unrest and a cooling-off period convened at the Prefecture.

Key improvements include adjusted travel times for the L75 Carrara-Nazzano-Massa line to account for urban traffic, increasing daily trips from 56 to 63. Other updates involve improved frequency on the L52 Carrara-Fossa Maestra line and an increase of 24 daily trips on the L47 Carrara-Sorgnano line to support the opening of the new Villa La Padula university hub.
