Massachusetts man arrested for alleged kidnapping and human trafficking

Jordende Pierre, 29, has been arrested in Malden, Massachusetts, for allegedly kidnapping and sexually trafficking a woman he met through a dating app. Prosecutors claim Pierre held the victim captive in an unfinished attic for six weeks under squalid conditions.

The victim, who had recently been in a rehabilitation facility for substance abuse, was discovered by a landlord, Qing Sun, while investigating a water leak. Authorities report the woman was found malnourished and living in squalor.

Pierre is facing multiple charges, including kidnapping, trafficking a person for sexual servitude, and indecent assault and battery. Allegations include that Pierre removed the attic door handle to prevent escape, supplied the victim with drugs, and forced her to have sexual encounters with at least six other men.
