Massimiliano Allegri defends Benoît Badiashile after Inter Milan error

Massimiliano Allegri has publicly defended defender Benoît Badiashile following a mistake made during a match against Inter Milan at San Siro. Allegri stated that the player is not under scrutiny and emphasized that individual errors should be evaluated within the context of an entire season rather than a single incident.

Allegri took partial responsibility for the defeat, suggesting that his tactical decisions regarding defensive positioning may have contributed to the situation. He noted that he might have been better off moving only one player instead of shifting three members of the defense. The coach also commented on the team's technical performance, noting missed opportunities in the first half and fatigue in the second half.
