Master P visits Norwood Elementary to encourage Birmingham students

Music mogul and entrepreneur Percy ‘Master P’ Miller visited Norwood Elementary School in Birmingham on Friday to speak with students about education, consistency, and networking. Accompanied by his mascot, Captain Ace, Miller shared messages regarding the importance of perseverance and refusing to let circumstances dictate one's future.

The visit included Birmingham city and school officials, such as Mayor Randall L. Woodfin and Birmingham City Schools Superintendent Dr. Mark Sullivan. Following the assembly, Woodfin and Sullivan presented Miller with a proclamation to honor his appearance. Miller stated his focus is on ‘saving the next generation’ by helping young people recognize their potential.
