Mastercard adds new travel benefits to premium cards

Mastercard is introducing new travel benefits for premium and business payment cards issued by Czech banks to meet changing traveler expectations. The updated portfolio focuses on efficiency and reducing transit friction.

A key addition is the Fast Track service, which allows for quicker passage through airport security checkpoints. Additionally, cardholders will gain access to airport lounges even in the event of flight delays. The company noted that travelers increasingly value time and seamless logistics over traditional luxuries like extra cabin space.

Through partnerships with LoungeKey and Priority Pass, cardholders can access over 1,500 airport lounges globally. Data indicates that Czech cardholders frequently visit lounges located in Scandinavia and Spain.
