MasterChef Türkiye 2026: First elimination and roster updates

The 2026 season of MasterChef Türkiye has seen significant developments in its competition structure. Demirhan Ali, a professional chef trained in Mengen, became the first contestant eliminated from the competition following an elimination round on August 16.

In contrast, other contestants have successfully secured spots in the main roster. Elif Nilay Özgen, originally from Mengen, earned her place after a successful performance involving French onion soup and a chicken dish. Additionally, Recep Batur, a former engineering student turned professional chef, became the first contestant to rise from the reserve pool to the main roster after preparing a testi kebab.

The competition continues with captaincy games to form the blue and red teams, as contestants vie for immunity and strategic advantages.
