MasterChef Celebrity Argentina features Paraguayan cuisine

In the fourth week of MasterChef Celebrity Argentina, contestants were tasked with preparing traditional Paraguayan dishes, specifically puretón and vorí vorí. The challenge featured studio decorations reflecting Paraguayan culture and was introduced by judges Maru Botana, Germán Martitegui, Damián Betular, and Wanda Nara.

Actor Mike Amigorena faced significant criticism from the judging panel after presenting a gourmet reinterpretation of puretón. Martitegui argued that his version, which used a thin pancake base, lost the essential characteristics of the original recipe. Additionally, Maru Botana noted issues with his cooking times and the texture of the meat, while Damián Betular questioned the integration of ingredients. As a result of the performance, Amigorena received the black apron, placing him in the elimination gala.
