In the third episode of MasterChef Profissionais, contestants will face their first Mystery Box challenge involving chicken heads. The task requires chefs to demonstrate technical precision and creativity by transforming this unconventional ingredient into a sophisticated, high-gastronomy dish, emphasizing full food utilization.

Judges Erick Jacquin, Helena Rizzo, and Henrique Fogaça will evaluate the results. Top performers will secure a spot in the mezzanine, while those who struggle will move to an elimination round. This second stage will focus on emotional memory and wine pairing, where participants must create original recipes inspired by specific wines linked to personal life experiences such as family, travel, or achievements.
