MasterChef Slovenija prepares for 12th season premiere

The upcoming 12th season of MasterChef Slovenija is set to premiere on POP TV on August 31. Judge Karim Merdjadi shared insights into his evaluation process, noting that while contestants' personal stories are part of the show, he focuses primarily on the quality of the dish and the technical execution presented on the plate.

Merdjadi also highlighted cream whipping as a frequently underestimated culinary technique, noting that it requires precise timing to avoid fatigue or error. The judging panel, which includes Mojmir Šiftar and Luka Jezeršek, utilizes different perspectives, with members focusing on technical aspects, flavors, or the overall experience of the dish.
