Mastern Investment Management signs MOUs for global investment and energy efficiency

Mastern Investment Management has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the Seoul Investment Promotion Agency to attract global companies to Seoul. The partnership aims to identify international investors and link them with major development projects in the city, facilitating corporate relocation and business participation. The collaboration also includes joint programs for real estate investors to connect global enterprises with available property assets.

Separately, Mastern Investment Management has entered into an MOU with Veolia to pursue an energy efficiency project at the Pangyo Alpharium Tower. This initiative focuses on conducting technical diagnostics to implement customized energy-saving measures, aiming to reduce operational costs and enhance ESG performance. The company plans to explore expanding this eco-friendly energy management model to other managed assets in the future.
