Mastro Panettone d’Élite 2026 awards top artisanal winners

The tenth edition of the Mastro Panettone d’Élite national competition, organized by Goloasi, has concluded at the Relais Il Santissimo in Turi, Italy. The contest evaluated twenty artisanal panettoni, divided into traditional and chocolate categories.

In the traditional category, Roberto Catelli of Pasticceria Rò by Caesar from L’Aquila secured first place. Luigi Smaldone of Pandolce from Matera took second, followed by Luigi Vetrella of Visioni from Macerata Campania in third.

In the chocolate category, Roberto Moreschi of Roberto Pastry & Bakery from Chiavenna won first place. Antonio Fabozzi of Pasticceria Fabozzi from Casal di Principe earned second, while Antonio Daloiso of Daloiso from Barletta took third place.
