Matamoros: Sirenio “N” arrested for rape of 11-year-old stepdaughter
Sirenio “N” has been arrested and linked to criminal proceedings in Matamoros, Tamaulipas, for the aggravated equivalent rape of his 11-year-old stepdaughter. The case came to light on August 5 after the child was admitted to an IMSS hospital with a five-month pregnancy. Following medical intervention, a legal abortion was performed on August 11 to protect the minor's health.
Authorities used DNA analysis to link the suspect to the pregnancy. Investigations revealed that the suspect had previously fled the residence with his belongings before being captured by the Tamaulipas Attorney General's Office. The suspect, who has a prior sexual offense conviction from Lee County, Florida, in 2005, is currently held in preventive detention at the Santa Adelaida prison.
