Matching TRUE LOVE film trailer released starring Tao Tsuchiya and Daisuke Sakuma

The final trailer for the film ‘Matching TRUE LOVE’ has been released, scheduled for nationwide theatrical release in Japan on September 25. The film serves as a sequel to the hit movie ‘Matching’ and features Tao Tsuchiya and Daisuke Sakuma (of Snow Man) in lead roles. Directed by Eiji Uchida, the story shifts from the setting of matching apps to a ‘matching tour’ on a southern island, exploring themes of love and suspense.

LiSA will perform the film’s theme song, ‘Sophilia’. The sequel follows the character Rinka, who lost family and friends in a previous serial murder case involving matching apps, and her connection to Tomu, a lover who disappeared. The cast also includes Kwak Dong-yeon, Hana Toyoshima, and Yuki Kura.

Daisuke Sakuma is also expanding his professional range through various media, including upcoming roles in reading dramas and voice acting for the anime ‘Ace of the Diamond Act II’. His recent work highlights a diverse career spanning live-action film, stage performance, and voice artistry.
