Matheus of FC Anyang has been named the Most Valuable Player (MVP) for Round 25 of the K League 1. His performance led Anyang to a 2-1 comeback victory against Incheon, where he scored both an equalizer just before halftime and a decisive free-kick goal in the 85th minute.
In addition to the individual honor, the Korea Professional Football Federation announced the Round 25 Best 11. The selected players include forwards Rubicon, Klimala, and Jeong Jae-hee; midfielders Moon Min-seo, Kim Dong-jin, Matheus, and Nishiya Kento; defenders Kwon Kyung-won, Patrick, and Ross; and goalkeeper Ko Sung-yun.
Daejeon was recognized as the Best Team of the round following a dramatic 2-1 comeback win against Ulsan. The Best Match was the 2-2 draw between Gangwon and Gwangju. The selections were determined by the Technical Study Group (TSG) using quantitative and qualitative evaluations, including data from Bepro.
