Documents released by the Pallas Athéné Domus Meriti Foundation (PADME) reveal that the Mathias Corvinus Collegium (MCC) received a total of 1.1 billion HUF in support over an eight-year period. This funding originated from the foundations established by the Hungarian National Bank (MNB).

Specifically, between September 2021 and May 2023, PADME provided 750 million HUF to the MCC. The college, which was previously directed by Balázs Orbán, received these funds through applications officially designated for developing financial, economic, and competitiveness expertise.

Earlier records indicate that the MCC's predecessor, the Tihanyi Foundation, received 157 million HUF in 2017 and 107 million HUF in 2018 from the Pallas Athéné foundations. The disclosure follows a lawsuit won by Telex against PADME, which had initially refused to release information regarding the scale and recipients of its support between 2019 and 2025.
