Tottenham Hotspur forward Mathys Tel has established a private six-person support team to accelerate his professional growth. This specialized entourage works daily with the 21-year-old French attacker to refine his physical, tactical, and mental conditioning outside of club resources.

The personal staff includes two individual football coaches focusing on attacking movements and defensive positioning, a personal video analyst, a fitness coach, a personal chef, and a nutritionist. This holistic approach aims to maximize his performance on the pitch.

Following a recent winning goal against Chelsea, Tottenham manager Roberto De Zerbi praised Tel as a match-winner while noting areas for continued growth. De Zerbi emphasized that the winger needs to become calmer and play more to fully understand the game, despite his significant talent.
