Matija Frigan set for Serie A debut with Parma

Croatian striker Matija Frigan is set to make his Serie A debut for Parma following a challenging year marked by significant injuries. After joining Parma from Belgian club Westerlo for 9 million euros, Frigan suffered a torn cruciate ligament in his left knee shortly after arriving. His recovery was further complicated by a meniscus injury in the same knee.

Frigan, who previously played for HNK Rijeka and Westerlo, recently returned to competitive action in a cup match against Catania. He is now expected to feature in Serie A, with an upcoming match against Cagliari noted as his potential debut in the Italian top flight.
