Matilde Pompignoli achieves perfect score at Coverciano coaching course

Matilde Pompignoli has become the first woman in history to achieve a perfect score of 110/110 at the UEFA A coaching course held at Coverciano. Currently a member of the technical staff for the Fiorentina women's Primavera team, Pompignoli emphasized that professional competence and organization are the primary drivers for earning the trust of players, regardless of gender.

Reflecting on her experience at the training center, she noted the value of interacting with various professional colleagues and athletes. She described the achievement as a starting point for her career, stating that while academic study is important, practical experience on the field remains the ultimate priority.
