Matěj Strniště named general manager of Czech club BK Olomoucko

During the summer, BK Olomoucko appointed Matěj Strniště, the former youth head coach of SK UP BCM Olomouc, as its new general manager. Strniště said the role will demand much of his time and represents a personal commitment to the local basketball community.

He emphasized the club’s ambition to stabilise its operations, deepen the link between youth and the elite senior team, and strive for promotion to the A1 division. While retaining his duties as youth coach, he will oversee the entire club’s structure, working closely with President Libor Špunda and senior manager Pavel Tuček.
