Mato Grosso Court Launches Centralized Online Contact Portal
The Tribunal de Justiça de Mato Grosso (TJMT) has created a single online portal that aggregates contact information for its judicial and administrative units. The site lists phone numbers, e‑mail addresses and WhatsApp channels for the TJMT, local courts (comarcas), the Centers for Judicial Conflict Resolution and Citizenship (Cejuscs), Digital Inclusion Points (PIDs) and the Judicial Duty Office.
Users can also access a real‑time virtual counter (Balcão Virtual) for remote assistance and find links to services that require prior appointment. The initiative is intended to simplify communication between the judiciary and the public, increase transparency and make access to justice services easier and more organized.
